Abstract: Автор статьи исследует понимание категории «мониторинг» российскими учеными, выделяет признаки ее ограниченного восприятия: неопределенность статуса в системе управления, потенциала возможностей и заложенного мобилизационного инструментария. Обосновано понимание мониторинга как экономической категории, его место в системе менеджмента и порядок формирования процедур на основе миссии промышленной организации.
Description: The author explores the understanding of the category "monitoring" by Russian scientists, highlights the signs of its limited perception: indeterminacy of its in management system, potential opportunities and pledged mobilization tools. The understanding of the notion monitoring as an economic category is grounded as well as its place in the management system and procedures formation order based on the mission of an organization.
