Abstract: В статье рассматриваются вопросы о деятельности Парламентской Ассамблеи Организации Черноморского Экономического Сотрудничества стран Черноморского региона. Со временем близкие страны стали вступать в ОЧЕС. В 1993 году председатели парламентов Албании, Армении, Азербайджана, Грузии, Молдовы, Румынии, Российской Федерации, Турции и Украины приняли декларацию о создании парламентской ассамблеи ОЧЭС. Учредительное собрание ПА ОЧЭС состоялось в июне 1993 года. ПА ОЧЭС это структура, в которой представлены парламенты стран-членов. Сессии ПА ОЧЭС проводятся два раза в год – весной и осенью. В соответствии с положениями декларации, принятой на саммите ОЧЭС в Стамбуле в июне 2002 года, в Черноморском регионе была создана специальная рабочая группа. Одной из основных проблем ОЧЭС является учреждение в 2004 году Фонда развития проекта, который занимается финансированием работ по подготовке технико-экономического обоснования проектов по региональному сотрудничеству.
Description: The article deals with the issues of the activities of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation of the countries of the Black Sea region. Over time, close countries began to join the BSEC. In 1993, the chairmen of the parliaments of Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Moldova, Romania, the Russian Federation, Turkey and Ukraine adopted a declaration on the establishment of the BSEC Parliamentary Assembly. The constituent assembly of the BSEC PA was held in June 1993. The BSEC PA is a structure in which the parliaments of the member states are represented. The BSEC PA sessions are held twice a year - in spring and autumn. In accordance with the provisions of the declaration adopted at the BSEC summit in Istanbul in June 2002, a special working group has been established in the Black Sea region. One of the main problems is the organization of the project development, which prepares the feasibility study for regional cooperation projects.
