Abstract

The paper determined that anti-crisis measures of the industrial enterprise characterized by some uncertainty. In view of this, the system of planning anti<crisis measures, which includes consideration of various typical situations, the occurrence of which involves simultaneous anti-crisis measures and the current organization. In the first stage, the same anti<crisis measures, their efficiency targets and a set of controlled parameters and values, and set limits to change. At the second stage the detection of abnormalities of controlled parameters and values, and comparing them with the planned. In the third stage, the results of anti<crisis measures of the current period, conclusions about the strengths and weaknesses of the company, dynamics of key indicators and trends of critical conditions in which the company has to work.
