Abstract: Целью данной работы явилось изучение распределения HAДФH-д/CNO-noзumuвныx нервных клеток в головном мозге у рыб w земноводных как представителей анамний. Установлено, что все изучаемые структуры головного мозга карпа и лягушки содержат HAДФH-д/CNO-noзumuвныe нервные клетки. В продолговатом мозге у исследованных животных наблюдалось большее количество HAДФH-д/CNO-coдepжaщux нейронов по сравнению с другими изученными отделами мозга. Также установлено увеличение количества HAДФH-д/CNO-coдepжaщux нейронов в продолговатом мозге земноводных по сравнению с рыбами.
Description: The aim of this work was studying of the distribution of NADFH-d/CNO - positive nervous cells in brain with fishes and Amphibia such as representatives of anamnes. It has been positioned that all of studying structures of the brain of carp and frog have NADFH-d/CNO - positive nervous cells. In intermediate brain with the investigationed animals it was observed a lot of numbers NADFH-d/CNO neurons in the comparing with other studied parts of the brain. Also it was positioned increasing of numbers NADFH-d/CNO neurons in intermediate brain with Amfibia with the comparing with fishes.
