| Abstract: | У статті представлено результати формувального експерименту, які засвідчують динаміку сформованості когнітивного компоненту методичної готовності до застосування оздоровчих технологій у процесі фізичного виховання. Для цього було виконано контрольні зрізи на початку експерименту та після його завершення. Визначено компоненти, критерії та рівні готовності майбутніх фахівців до застосування оздоровчих технологій в процесі фізичного виховання. З’ясовано показники змістовного критерію та діагностичний інструментарій. Проаналізовано результати дослідження й доведено, що упровадження у навчально-виховний процес з фізичного виховання методичної системи застосування оздоровчих технологій позитивно впливає на формування теоретико-методичних знань у студентів спеціального навчального відділення. |
| Description: | The article presents the results of the molding experiment, which testify to the dynamics of the formation of the cognitive component of methodical readiness for the application of health -improving technologies in the process of physical education. For this control cuts were performed at the beginning of the experiment and after it. The components, criteria and levels of readiness of future specialists for application of health-improving technologies in the process of physical education are determined. The indicators of the content criterion and the diagnostic toolkit are defined. In order to assess the state of readiness for the use of health-improving technologies, already known, as well as author’s, diagnostic methods, methods of external diagnostics and methods of internal diagnostics (self-examination, self-esteem) were selected. They made it possible to determine the level of readiness of future specialists for the application of health-improving technologies in the process of physical education, in future profession and life. In the research work the use of the four-tier system of assessments was substantiated, which made it possible to define with certainty the degree of readiness of the specified type of activity. Students’ health-improving competencies were assessed at high, sufficient, medium and low levels. The results of the research are analyzed and it is proved that the introduction of the methodical system of the application of health-improving technologies into the process of physical education positively influences for the formation of theoretical and methodological knowledge at the students of the special educational department. The investigation has confirmed that theoretical and methodological knowledge became the basis for activating the students’ consciousness and has determined the level of their needs for motor activity. The acquisition of theoretical and methodological knowledge stimulated students to analyze the facts, their generalizations and conclusions, intensified their ability to retrospectively search for information, its systematization, analysis and synthesis, accumulation of individual informational experience. |
