| Abstract: | The article reveals the theoretical and methodological aspects of the formation of trust in the banking system, systematizes the levels of trust relations in the banking sector and defines the conditions for the establishment of a trust-based environment. Criteria and indicators of sectoral trust are formulated, which serve as the basis for developing a methodology, the application of which will allow assessing the level of trust in the banking sector. |
