| Abstract: | В статье рассматривается текущее состояние строительного комплекса Республики Беларусь и направления его развития. Определенно, что строительству как составляющей инвестиционно-строительного комплекса принадлежит особая роль в структурной перестройке материальной базы производительного потенциала регионального хозяйственного комплекса. Учитывая действующие длительное время деструктивные тенденции в строительном комплексе, выявлено, что следует признать-развитие строительства и формирование соответствующих территориальных комплексов(кластеров) носит в современных условиях региональный характер. Выявлены проблемы строительного комплекса в Республике Беларусь. |
| Description: | The article discusses the current state of the construction complex of the Republic of Belarus and the directions of its development. It is certain that construction as a component of the investment and construction complex has a special role in the structural restructuring of the material base of the productive potential of the regional economic complex. Taking into account the destructive trends in the construction complex that have been operating for a long time, it is revealed that it should be recognized that the development of construction and the formation of appropriate territorial complexes (clusters) has a regional character in modern conditions. The problems of the construction complex in the Republic of Belarus are revealed. |
