| Abstract: | Статья посвящена распространению биогельминтозов, передающихся через рыбу и рыбную продукцию, в природных очагах болезней человека в бассейне Днепра. Представлены результаты лабораторных исследований объектов окружающей среды биотического происхождения, проведенные с целью индикации возбудителей описторхоза и дифиллоботриоза. По данным зоолого-паразитологических и эпидемиологических исследований в бассейне Днепра выявлена инвазированность Opistorchis felineus и Diphyllobotrium latum хозяев всех типов (дефинитивных, первичных и вторичных промежуточных). Приведены данные о распространении описторхоза и дифиллоботриоза на территории юго-восточного региона белорусского Полесья. |
| Description: | The article is devoted to the spread of helminthiasis transmitted through fish and fish products in natural foci of human diseases in the Dnieper basin. The results of laboratory studies of environmental objects of biotic origin carried out to indicate the pathogens of opisthorchiasis and diphyllobothriosis are presented. According to zoological, parasitological and epidemiological studies in the Dnieper basin, the invasiveness of Opistorchis felineus and Diphyllobotrium latum hosts of all types (definitive, primary and secondary intermediate) was revealed. Data on the spread of opisthorchiasis and diphyllobothriosis in the south-eastern region of the Belarusian Polesie are presented. |
