| Abstract: | Статья посвящена исследованию проблемы обеспечения развития информационно-образовательной среды современного регионального учреждения высшего образования с учетом его особенностей и специфики. С позиций практикоориентированности обосновываются условия, детерминирующие эффективность процесса поступательного качественного изменения специфической среды информационного и педагогического субъектного взаимодействия, опосредованного применением инновационных технологий. Учет выводимых автором положений будет способствовать достижению целей высшего профессионального образования в Республике Беларусь. |
| Description: | The article is devoted to the study of the problem of ensuring the development of the information and educational environment of the modern regional institution of higher education taking into account the peculiarities of its specificity. From the point of view of practical orientation, the conditions determining the efficiency of the process of progressive qualitative change of the specific environment of information and pedagogical subject interaction mediated by the use of innovative technologies are justified. Taking into account the provisions drawn up by the author will contribute to the achievement of the objectives of higher vocational education in the Republic of Belarus. |
