Проблемы диагностики перинатальных повреждений мозга у недоношенных новорожденных

Abstract

В данной статье описано исследование 180 недоношенных детей, находившихся на лечении в XI отделении ВДОКБ. Из них 20 детей составили группу сравнения. Это недоношенные дети без неврологической симптоматики, подтвержденной лабораторными и инструментальными методами исследования.Всем детям проводились комплексные клинико-анамнестические и интровизуализирующие исследования.

We are investigated 180 prematurely born children, 20 children have made group of comparison of them. Children of researched group have been divided into 2 groups. In I group have entered 135 prematurely born children. II group have made 25 prematurely born children with little weight by a birth. As a result of research it is revealed, that frequency and weight perinatal damages of a brain at prematurely born children is caused by adverse current of pregnancy and sorts at mothers, high frequency operative childbirth. At children with little weight to the birth the scheme of neurologic rehabilitation including magnesia, sedative grassy gathering, carnitini chloride, csantinoli.
