Abstract: В статье рассмотрены преимущества внедрения системы «комплаенс-контроль» для коммерческих организаций Республики Беларусь, сложности ее внедрения. Автором предложены подходы к планированию функционирования комплаенс-контроля на основе оценки рисков, а также этапы внедрения.
Description: The article discusses the advantages of implementing the compliance control system for commercial organizations of the Republic of Belarus, the difficulties of its implementation. The author suggests approaches to planning the functioning of compliance control based on risk assessment, as well as the stages of implementation.
