| Abstract: | Проанализированы предпосылки и современное состояние системы материального стимулирования труда работников в Республике Беларусь. Изучено влияние соотношения темпа роста производительности труда к темпу роста оплаты труда на эффективность производства продукции. Определены основные направления совершенствования стимулирования труда работников в Республике Беларусь. |
| Description: | Analyzed the background and the current state of the system of material incentives for workers in the Republic of Belarus. The influence of the ratio of the rate of growth of labor productivity to the rate of growth of wages on the efficiency was studied. The main directions of improving the incentives for workers of the Republic of Belarus have been identified. |
