Abstract

Based on the analysis of existing management balanced development of innovative industrial enterprise determined that the best industrial company is now carrying out technological upgrading of production, sustainable technology in accordance with the technical re-equipment of production facilities. Hhighlighted the following methods of innovative development of industrial enterprises: identify and implement new technology industrial products; improving existing production technology; upgrading the technical equipment at the enterprise park. Based on the analysis of existing management balanced development of innovative industrial enterprise determined that the best industrial company is now carrying out technological upgrading of production, balanced according to the technology of revamping production capacity. Using the method proposed in the paper can solve two main tasks: trajectory planning of innovative development, which includes providing opportunities for balancing options for implementing appropriate management methods; ensure maximum compliance with the planned trajectory managed index of innovation development.
