| Abstract: | Тяжелые последствия мирового финансового кризиса обострили дискуссии по проблемам регулирования финансовых рынков и их участников, поставили вопрос о необходимости создания новой архитектуры мировой экономики и финансов. В связи с этим пересматриваются сложившиеся накануне кризиса оценки эффективности систем финансового регулирования, подвергаются ревизии принятые в этой сфере решения. |
| Description: | The global financial crisis had the consequence of severely intensifing the debate on the regulation of financial markets and their participants, and raised the question of the need for a new global economic and financial architecture. In conjunction with this, evaluations of the effectiveness of financial regulation prevailing before the crisis are reviewed, and decisions made in this area are revised. |
