Abstract:	Methods of definition of contamination by radionuclides of perennial cereals are considered and the mathematical model of dependence of accumulation radionuclides by plants from a water mode for the period of vegetation is offered. Definition of its parameters on materials of actual measurements on the experimental platforms located on the reclaimed grounds is described.
