Abstract

In the article the authors focus on the problem related to the appearance of neorealist and security of modern society, and also to biological terrorism, biosecurity, nanotechnology and nanoindustry. Social transformation and the development of science-intensive technologies should be conducted by scientists on the basis of the moral imperative that determines social relations that are transformed in the process of creating the nanotechnology industry.
