| Abstract: | В статье проведено комплексное изучение историографии по проблеме реализации земской реформы на территории Беларуси. Проведен аналитический обзор дореволюционной, советской и современной литературы, что дало возможность охарактеризовать вклад исследователей различных периодов в изучение роли органов земского самоуправления Беларуси. Определена степень научной разработанности проблемы в исторической науке, а также выявлены недостаточно изученные вопросы становления и деятельности земских учреждений на территории Беларуси. |
| Description: | The article provides a comprehensive study of historiography on the problem of the implementation of the zemstvo reform on the territory of Belarus. An analytical review of pre-revolutionary, Soviet and modern literature was carried out, which made it possible to characterize the contribution of researchers from various periods to the study of the role of the bodies of the zemstvo self-government of Belarus. The degree of scientific elaboration of the problem in historical science is determined, as well as insufficiently studied issues of the formation and activity of zemstvo institutions on the territory of Belarus are identified. |
