| Abstract: | В работе рассматриваются стратегии поведения сотрудников органов внутренних дел в условиях переживания кризиса, вызванного предстоящей потерей профессиональной деятельности в период реформирования. В данной статье рассматриваются результаты проведенного исследования заявленной темы с учетом срока службы Важность исследования подтверждается возможностью определения этапа и уровня переживания кризиса, что позволяет не только выявить стратегии поведения сотрудников, но и сформулировать конкретные шаги в оказании практической психологической помощи. |
| Description: | The paper discusses the strategies of the behavior of the employees of law-enforcement bodies under conditions of the crisis due to the expected loss of professional activity in the period of reform. This article presents the results of the study of the stated topic taking into account the duration of service. The importance of the study is confirmed by the opportunity to determine the stage and level of the experience of the crisis, which allows not only to choose the strategies of employees’ behavior but also to formulate concrete steps in providing practical psychological assistance. |
