| Abstract: | В статье рассматривается комплекс проблемных вопросов осуществления процессов цифровой трансформации образования. В рамках сформулированных задач исследования и осуществляемой научной рефлексии конкретизирован понятийно-терминологический аппарат, определены феноменологические признаки цифровизации образования. Автором осуществлен анализ факторов, детерминирующих динамичное и решительное развитие технологизации образовательной сферы в Республике Беларусь и на постсоветском пространстве. Выделены характеристики основных в своей значимости инновационных информационно-коммуникационных технологий в образовании, а также проблемные аспекты их интеграции в образовательный процесс на уровнях общего среднего и высшего образования. Внимание акцентируется на важных проблемах вызревания, связанных с цифровизацией образования рисков и угроз глобального характера. Автором предлагаются императивы, учёт которых позволит преодолеть возникающие противоречия техногенного и социоприродного характера в эффективном обеспечении преемственности в образовании на всех его системных уровнях. |
| Description: | The article considers a set ofproblematic issues ofimplementing the processes of digital transformation of education. Within the framework of the formulated tasks of the study and the scientific reflection carried out, the conceptual and terminological apparatus was specified, phenomenological signs of education digitalization were determined. The author analyzed the factors determining the dynamic and decisive development ofthe technologization ofthe educational sphere in the Republic ofBelarus and in the post-Soviet space. The main characteristics ofinnovative information and communication technologies in education, as well as problematic aspects of their integration into the educational process at the levels of general secondary and higher education are highlighted. Attention is focused on the important problems of maturation associated with the digitalization ofthe formation ofrisks and threats of a global nature. The author proposes imperatives, the accounting ofwhich will make it possible to overcome the emerging contradictions of a technogenic and social nature in effectively ensuring continuity in education at all its systemic levels. |
