| Abstract: | В статье рассмотрена проблематика теоретико-методологического обоснования исследования образовательного сегмента Республиканской информационно-образовательной среды в Беларуси. С учетом тенденций, связанных с процессами цифровой трансформации образовательной сферы, автором предложена модель анализа специфически организуемой подсистемы среды через понимание ее феноменологической сущности и актуализацию проблемного поля научного поиска. |
| Description: | The article discusses the problems of theoretical and methodological justification of the analytical study of the educational segment of the Republican information and educational environment in Belarus. Taking into account the trends associated with the processes of digital transformation of the educational sphere, the author proposed a model for analyzing a specifically organized subsystem of the environment through understanding its phenomenological essence and updating the problem field of scientific search. |
