| Abstract: | В статье выполнена оценка эффективности функционирования интегрированных предприятий по предложенной методике, выявлена степень устойчивости существующих хозяйственных связей, обоснована возможность расширения связей между сферами производства и переработки молока, выявлена целесообразность дальнейшего развития интеграционных процессов, указана степень и направленность воздействия. Отличительной особенностью предлагаемой системы комплексного анализа интеграционных процессов, выступает охват всех сторон и этапов интеграционной деятельности, ориентация на достижение основных целей деятельности предприятия, принятия долгосрочных управленческих решений и обоснование необходимости развития межотраслевых связей. |
| Description: | The article presents the assessment of the efficiency of integrated enterprises functioning according to the proposed methodology. The degree of stability of existing economic relations has been revealed; the possibility of expanding the links between the spheres of production and milk processing has been substantiated. In addition, the expediency of further development of integration processes has been identified as well as the degree and focus of impact have been indicated. A distinctive feature of the proposed system of the complex analysis of integration processes is the coverage of all aspects and stages of integration activity, the orientation towards achieving the main goals of an enterprise, the adoption of long -term managerial decisions, and the substantiation of the development of cross-industry relationships. |
