Abstract: В данной работе показано, что добавление в питательную среду хлорида марганца (II) в концентрациях 0,025 мг/л, 0,1 мг/л, 0,5 мг/л, 2,5 мг/л, 10,0 мг/л, 20,0 мг/л, 30,0 мг/л, 40,0 мг/л влияет на рост и развитие поверхностной культуры S. hirsutum. Значительный прирост мицелия, по сравнению с контролем, получен для поверхностной культуры S. hirsutum при концентрации 0,1 мг/л (18,4 %). Выяснение характера зависимости влияния хлорида марганца (II) на S. Hirsutum in vitro от совокупности других факторов представляется весьма интересным и перспективным для дальнейшего развития биотехнологии.
Description: In this paper, it is shown that the addition of manganese (II) chloride in concentrations of 0.025 mg/l, 0.1 mg/l, 0.5 mg/l, 2.5 mg/l, 10.0 mg/l, 20.0 mg/l, 30.0 mg/l, 40.0 mg/l affects the growth and development of this surface culture S. hirsutum in a nutrient medium. A significant increase in the mycelium compared to the control was received for the surface culture S. hirsutum at a concentration of 0.1 mg /l (18,4%). Determination of the nature of the dependence of the influence of manganese (II) chloride on the S. hirsutum in vitro on the totality of other factors seems very interesting and promising for the further development of biotechnology.
