| Abstract: | Статья посвящена изучению реализации государственных программ в области цифровизации образования в Республике Беларусь на этапе осуществления мероприятий цифровой трансформации в образовательной сфере. На основе анализа нормативно-правовых актов, составляющих правовую базу реализации положений государственных программ по цифровизации системы образования, даётся содержательная характеристика образовательного сегмента Республиканской информационно-образовательной среды, осмысливается значимость его технико-технологического и дидактического потенциала. В рамках научной рефлексии автором актуализируются вопросы практического применения компонентов данной подсистемы единой информационной системно-средовой организации в образовательном процессе. |
| Description: | The article is devoted to the study of implementing state programs in the field of digitalization of education in the Republic of Belarus at the stage of implementation of digital transformation measures in the educational sphere. Based on the analysis of regulatory legal acts that make up the legal basis for the implementation of the provisions of state programs for the digitalization of the education system, a meaningful description of the educational segment of the Republican information and educational environment is given, the importance of its technical, technological and didactic potential is comprehended. Within the framework of scientific reflection, the author updates the issues of practical application of the components of this subsystem of the single information system-environment organization in the educational process. |
