| Abstract: | Статья посвящена изучению комплекса вопросов развития непрерывного образования в Республике Беларусь в условиях развёртывания процессов цифровизации образовательной сферы. С позиций научного педагогического дискурса автором осмысливается диалектика понимания преемственности в системном представлении её обеспечивающей роли в совершенствовании системы образования при качественных изменениях информационно-коммуникационного пространства и технологизации образовательной деятельности. В качестве базового основания представляется философское понимание категории преемственности в образовании при осмыслении действия законов диалектики в их непротиворечивости. Выделены факторы, являющиеся детерминантами эффективного обеспечения преемственности уровней общего среднего и высшего образования с учётом цифровой трансформации процессов в системе образования Республики Беларусь. На основании выводимых теоретико-методологических положений автором определяются организационно-педагогические условия эффективной реализации преемственности. |
| Description: | The article is devoted to the study of a set ofissues ofthe development of continuing education in the Republic of Belarus in the context of the deployment of digitalization processes in the educational sphere. From the standpoint of scientific pedagogical discourse, the author comprehends the dialectics of understanding continuity in the systematic representation ofits supporting role in improving the education system with qualitative changes in the information and communication space and the technologization of educational activities. As a basic basis, a philosophical understanding ofthe category ofcontinuity in education is presented when understanding the effect of the laws of dialectics in their consistency. Factors are identified that are determinants of effective continuity of the levels of general secondary and higher education, taking into account the digital transformation of processes in the education system ofthe Republic of Belarus. Based on the theoretical and methodological provisions, the author determines the organizational and pedagogical conditions for the effective implementation of continuity. |
