Abstract: This paper aims to investigate the epidemiological characteristics and influencing factors of musculoskeletal diseases in urban and rural population in Henan Province. Through comparative analysis of population data in urban and rural areas of Henan province, the study found that there were significant differences in the incidence of musculoskeletal road diseases in urban and rural populations in Henan Province. The incidence of musculoskeletal road diseases in urban areas is significantly higher than that in rural areas, which may be related to factors such as urban residents' lifestyle, work pressure and medical conditions. In addition, factors such as age, gender, obesity and physical inactivity are also important risk factors for musculoskeletal disorders. This study provides a scientific basis for the prevention and control of musculoskeletal diseases in Henan Province, and helps to formulate targeted intervention measures and improve the health level of urban and rural residents.
