Abstract: В данной статье анализируется процесс формирования знаний у старшеклассников в сфере физической культуры, играющий важную роль в их всестороннем развитии. Особое внимание уделяется методам и подходам, способствующим глубокому пониманию значения физической активности для здоровья и выработке привычки к здоровому образу жизни. В работе описываются особенности организации учебного процесса, включающие объединение теоретических знаний с практическими занятиями, применение современных технологий и средств обучения.
Description: This article analyzes the process of knowledge formation among high school students in the field of physical education, which plays an important role in their comprehensive development. Special attention is paid to methods and approaches that contribute to a deep understanding of the importance of physical activity for health and the development of healthy lifestyle habits. The paper describes the features of the organization of the educational process, including the combination of theoretical knowledge with practical exercises, the use of modern technologies and learning tools.
