dc.descriptionThe purpose of the study - to substantiate the integration of the potential of technical and tactical actions of the Yakut national wrestling "hapsagai" and freestyle wrestling as a factor in increasing the effectiveness of competitive activities of athletes and to determine its effectiveness. Research method – the paper analyzes the competitive activities of Yakut wrestlers and their use of technical actions from the Yakut wrestling "hapsagai" in freestyle wrestling. As an example, we took four highly qualified Yakut wrestlers and their performance at international tournaments. The results of the study – an analysis of technical actions at competitions revealed that Yakut wrestlers effectively use the potential of technical actions from the Yakut national wrestling "hapsagai", which ultimately contributes to the advantage of these wrestlers in fights.ru
dc.description.abstractЦель исследования – обосновать интеграцию потенциала технико-тактических действий якутской национальной борьбы «хапсагай» и вольной борьбы как фактора повышения эффективности соревновательной деятельности спортсменов и определить ее эффективность. Метод исследования. В работе проводится анализ соревновательной деятельности якутских борцов и применение ими технические действия из якутской борьбы «хапсагай» в вольной борьбе. В качестве примера взяли четырех якутских борцов, высокой квалификации и их выступление на международных турнирах. Результаты исследования. Анализ технических действий на соревнованиях позволил выявить, что якутские борцы эффективно используют потенциал технических действий из якутской национальной борьбы «хапсагай», что в итоге способствует преимуществу в схватках данных борцов.ru
