| Abstract: | В статье рассмотрен вопрос использования в процессе реабилитации занятий северной ходьбой. Цель исследования – оценить степень воздействия регулярных занятий северной ходьбой на функциональное состояние лиц 55-60 лет с остеохондрозом позвоночника в процессе их реабилитации. В результате полученных данных анкетирования, антропометрии, функциональных проб (проба Ромберга), тестирования гибкости позвоночника и силы мышц-разгибателей спины сделан вывод о том, что регулярные занятия северной ходьбой в процессе реабилитации способствуют улучшению психофизического состояния лиц 55-60 лет с остеохондрозом позвоночника. |
| Description: | The article discusses the issue of using Nordic walking in the rehabilitation process. The aim of the study was to assess the impact of regular Nordic walking on the functional state of 55-60-year-olds with osteochondrosis of the spine during their rehabilitation. As a result of the survey data; anthropometry; functional tests (Romberg test); testing of spinal flexibility and strength of the extensor muscles of the back), it was concluded that regular Nordic walking during rehabilitation helps to improve the psychophysical state of people 55-60 years old with osteochondrosis of the spine. |
