| Abstract: | В статье обоснована недостаточность только материальных вознаграждений для полноценной мотивации сотрудников организации. В качестве дополнения к материальной мотивации предложено обязательное формирование высокого качества трудовой жизни, обеспечивающего человеку физический, психологический и социальный комфорт на рабочем месте. Рассмотрены основные составляющие названных видов комфорта. |
| Description: | The article substantiates the inadequacy of materialrewards for fully motivating employees. As a supplement to material motivation, it is proposed to mandatory develop a high quality of working life, providing a person with physical, psychological and social comfort in the workplace. The main components of the named types of comfort are considered. |
