| Abstract: | В статье рассмотрены особенности страхования и управления рисками в строительной сфере на примере деятельности ОАО “ПМК 143”. Проведен анализ страховой статистики за 2022–2025 гг., включающий расчет частоты страховых событий и коэффициента убыточности. С помощью факторного анализа установлено влияние среднего страхового возмещения и частоты страховых случаев на коэффициент убыточности. |
| Description: | This article examines the specifics of insurance and risk management in the construction industry using the operations of PMK 143 OJSC as an example. An analysis of insurance statistics for 2022–2025 was conducted, including calculations of the frequency of insured events and the loss ratio. Using factor analysis, the influence of average insurance compensation and the frequency of insured events on the loss ratio was determined. |
