dc.descriptionThis material focuses on issues related to behavioral macroeconomics, the evolution of behavioral theory, and the application of its tools at this stage in the field of macroeconomic regulation. The author proposes specific solutions from the behavioral domain for soft macroeconomic regulation. These solutions will enable the enhancement of government program efficiency at relatively low costs, reduce transaction costs in the economy, improve tax collection, stimulate saving and investment processes, adjust consumer and investor behavior in a desired direction, and achieve socially and economically significant goals. The understanding of these solutions as supplementary to classical approaches is emphasized, along with the practicality of testing behavioral solutions within regulatory sandboxes and the critical importance of adhering to ethical principles when implementing these solutions at the macro level.ru
dc.description.abstractДанный материал посвящен вопросам поведенческой макроэкономики, эволюции поведенческой теории и применению ее инструментов на данном этапе в сфере макроэкономического регулирования. Автор предлагает к рассмотрению конкретные решения из поведенческой области для мягкого макроэкономического регулирования. Они позволят при относительно низких затратах увеличить эффективность государственных программ, снизить транзакционные издержки в экономике, повысить собираемость налогов, простимулировать процессы сбережения, инвестирования, корректировать поведение потребителей и инвесторов в заданном ключе, достигать социально и экономически значимых целей. Подчеркивается понимание вспомогательного характера данных решений по отношению к классическим, целесообразность тестирования поведенческих решений в рамках регуляторных песочниц и высокая важность соблюдения этических принципов при реализации данных решений на макроуровне.ru
