dc.descriptionThe article deals with topical issues of improving the production program of an industrial enterprise. Using the example of JSC ”Lida Lakokraska“, a comprehensive analysis of key performance indicators for 2023-2025 was carried out, including the dynamics of production volumes, assortment structure, material consumption and labor productivity. Using ABC, PEST and SWOT analyses, the main problems were identified: critical dependence on a narrow product group, high wear and tear of equipment and sensitivity to rising raw material prices. The necessity of implementing a set of technical, organizational and marketing measures is substantiated. The results of the economic justification for the key project – the modernization of the water-dispersion materials workshop – are presented. A conclusion is drawn about the strategic importance of the proposed changes for improving the competitiveness and financial stability of the enterprise.ru
dc.description.abstractВ статье рассматриваются актуальные вопросы совершенствования производственной программы промышленного предприятия. На примере ОАО ”Lida Лакокраска“ проведен комплексный анализ ключевых показателей деятельности за 2023-2025 гг., включая динамику объемов производства, структуру ассортимента, материалоемкость и производительность труда. С использованием ABC, PEST и SWOT-анализов выявлены основные проблемы: критическая зависимость от узкой товарной группы, высокий износ оборудования и чувствительность к росту цен на сырье. Обоснована необходимость реализации комплекса мероприятий технического, организационного и маркетингового характера. Представлены результаты экономического обоснования ключевого проекта – модернизации цеха водно-дисперсионных материалов. Сделан вывод о стратегической значимости предлагаемых изменений для повышения конкурентоспособности и финансовой устойчивости предприятия.ru
