Abstract: В работе исследуется процесс внедрения систем бережливого менеджмента (СБМ) в соответствии с новым государственным стандартом Республики Беларусь СТБ 2672-2025 на промышленных предприятиях. Актуальность темы обусловлена объявлением 2025–2029 годов Пятилеткой качества (Указ Президента Республики Беларусь № 31 от 17.01.2025) и постановлением Совета Министров Республики Беларусь № 726 от 15.12.2025, предусматривающим пилотное внедрение стандарта на предприятиях различных отраслей. На основе анализа нормативных документов, теоретических основ Lean-подхода и практики первых пилотных проектов выявлены основные проблемы и барьеры внедрения СТБ 2672-2025.
Description: The paper studies the process of implementation of lean management systems (LMS) in accordance with the new state standard of the Republic of Belarus STB 2672- 2025 at industrial enterprises. The relevance of the topic is due to the announcement of the 2025-2029 Five-Year Quality Plan (Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 31 dated 17.01.2025) and the resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus No. 726 dated 15.12.2025, which provides for the pilot implementation of the standard at enterprises in various industries. Based on the analysis of regulatory documents, the theoretical foundations of the Lean approach, and the practice of the first pilot projects, the main problems and barriers to the implementation of STB 2672-2025 have been identified.
