Abstract: В данной статье рассматривается структура занятости на рынке труда в Республике Беларусь, уровень безработицы в Беларуси в 2020–2025 годах, исследуется текущая структура спроса на рынке труда, а также приведена информация о государственных программах, проводимых правительством для снижения уровня безработицы и других целей. Исследование показало, что проводимые мероприятия, положительно влияет на ситуацию, складывающуюся на рынке труда.
Description: This article examines the employment structure in the labor market in the Republic of Belarus, the unemployment rate in Belarus in 2020–2025, examines the current structure of labor market demand, and provides information on government programs implemented to reduce unemployment and other goals. The study found that these measures have a positive impact on the labor market situation.
