| Abstract: | The author examines the role of emotional intelligence in teaching Business English on the example of the topic Negotiations. By examining the components of emotional intelligence, the paper highlights how emotionally intelligent teachers can enhance learning experience, booster effective communication, and prepare modern students for the demands of the global business environment. |
