Оценка земельного фонда юго-запада Украины как объекта управления земельными ресурсами

Abstract

Исследовано использование земельного фонда юго-запада Украины как объекта управления земельными ресурсами. Проведен анализ количественного состава земельных угодий Одесской области, анализ структуры земельного фонда по категориям земель. Проанализировано распределение земель по формам собственности. В результате дана оценка земельного фонда Одесского региона и рекомендации относительно оптимизации структуры землепользования.

The evaluation of the land fund is an object of management of land resources. In the article investigation of the land use of the South-West of Ukraine as an object of managing of the land resources has been made. The analysis of quantitative composition of land in Odessa region has been carried out. The analysis of the structure of the land fund on the categories of land has been conducted. The distribution of land on forms of ownership has been analyzed. As a result, the assessment of Odessa region land fund and recommendations concerning the optimization of land use structure have been given.
