| Abstract: | В работе представлен феномен избирательного права через призму изучения исторической и политической наук. Выделены ключевые аспекты интеграции конструкта «избирательное право» в систему социогуманитарного знания. Сделан акцент на отображение теории избирательного права в белорусской политико-правовой мысли. |
| Description: | The paper presents the phenomenon of electoral law through the prism of studying historical and political science. The key aspects of the integration of the "electoral law" construct into the system of socio-humanitarian knowledge are highlighted. The emphasis is made on the presentation of the theory of electoral law in the Belarusian political and legal thought. |
