| Abstract: | Теоретический анализ стимулирующей функции зависти в служебных отношениях позволил выявить, что направленность активности может быть деструктивной и конструктивной. Амбивалентность зависти в служебных отношениях может определять социально-психологический климат, производительность труда, конкурентоспособность организации. |
| Description: | A theoretical analysis of the stimulating function of envy in official relations revealed that the orientation of activity can be destructive and constructive. The ambivalence of envy in official relations can determine the socio-psychological climate, labor productivity, and the competitiveness of the organization. |
