dc.descriptionThe article reveals the forms, means and methods of the application of health improving technologies in the process of students ’physical education. The updating of the methodical system of the application of health improving technologies 'was based on the results of the introduction of various forms, methods and means of physical education in conjunction with innovative pedagogical technologies. The greatest effect in achieving an aim of the methodological system was possible provided that they 'were closely interconnected. Forms: traditional — educational, extra-curricular classes; specific — round tables; brain rings, trainings; integrative — remote 'with a teacher’s office in Moodle. Methods: traditional — explanation, conversation, stories, independent 'work 'with literature, oral, written, test control; practical — teaching of motor actions (in general, in parts, guided exercises), improvement and consolidation of motor actions (gaming, competitive), training (continuous, repeated, combined (the method of circular training); methods of activities’ organization and 'ways of performing physical exercises in classes (frontal, group and individual); demonstration — using presentations; interactive — «round table», discussion, analysis of specific situations, presentation, 'work in small groups. Methods of teaching: traditional — textbooks, manuals, visibility; on the basis of information and communication technologies — multimedia manuals, electronic lectures, databases repository of teaching and methodical support, presentations, computer programs; means of physical education — physical exercises, recreational forces of nature, hygiene factors. Much attention was paid to improving the efficiency of the process of students ’ physical education through the introduction of information and communication technologies in the educational process, which enabled the introduction o f a distance learning form for students. Information and communication technologies in the research are represented by multimedia technologies and the Internet system. The author developed the presentation-multimedia provision of the educational process for self-training for physical education and health-related activities, which includes presentations on topics and e-learning materials, 'workshops, computer programs.ru

Оновлення методичної системи застосування оздоровчих технологій відбувалося за результатами впровадження різноманітних форм, методів і засобів фізичного виховання у взаємозв’язку з інноваційними освітніми технологіями. Найбільший ефект у досягненні мети методичної системи можливо було забезпечити за умови їх тісного взаємозв’язку.ru
