Abstract: Various necessary conditions of simplicity of linear differential systems are obtained. The interrelation of property of simplicity of linear differential system with properties of solutions of system with the double coefficient matrix is established. Obtained results are used for the solution of two-point boundary-value problem for systems (both homogeneous and nonhomogeneous) with the double coefficient matrix.
