| Description: | Protein fractions were isolated with trichloroacetic acid treatment of culturtal fluids after corynebacterium PW-8 growth. These fractions inhibited fibrinolytic activity of papain (60-65%), pepsin (50-75%), plasmin (40%) and a-chymotrypsin (20-30%). Isolated fractions increased the plasminogen-activating ability of streptokinase (up to 135-152%), tissue plasminogen activator from swine heart (up to 175-255%) and y-subunit of nerve growth factor (up to 130-150%). At the same time 50-95% of such ability of 0-subunit of nerve growth factor was decreased in the presence of these effectors. |
