Abstract: Марганец является микроэлементом для живых организмов, его недостаток или избыточное поступление сопровождается нарушением жизнедеятельности или даже гибелью организма. В данной работе показано, что питательная картофельно-сахарозная среда является хорошим доступным субстратом для выращивания Stereum hirsutum in vitro. Добавление в данную питательную среду MnCl2 в концентрациях 0,025 мг/л, 0,1 мг/л, 0,5 мг/л, 2,5 мг/л, 10,0 мг/л, 20,0 мг/л, 30,0 мг/л, 40,0 мг/л влияет на рост и развитие данного гриба.
Description: Manganese is microelement for living organisms, its lack or excess supply is accompanied by impairment of vital activity or even death of the organism. In this paper, it is shown that a nutritious potato-sucrose medium is a good available substrate for the cultivation of Stereum hirsutum in vitro. The addition of manganese chloride to concentrations of 0,025 mg/L, 0,1 mg/L, 0,5 mg/L, 2,5 mg/L,10,0 mg/L, 20,0 mg/L, 30,0 mg/L, 40,0 mg/L influences the growth and development of this fungus in a given nutrient medium.
