| Abstract: | В статье рассматриваются вопросы обобщения и систематизации опыта применения технико-технологического и дидактического потенциала информационно-образовательной среды (далее — ИОС) при организации и осуществлении образовательной деятельности в условиях цифровизации в Республике Беларусь. В рамках определяемых автором задач исследования конкретизирован применяемый понятийно-терминологический аппарат, выделены основные направления и формы эффективного использования инновационных образовательных ресурсов — компонентов специфически организуемой среды педагогического взаимодействия. С позиций современной педагогической науки анализируются проблемные аспекты интеграции высокотехнологичных средств обучения в системно организуемый образовательный процесс с учётом вопросов обеспечения преемственности уровней общего среднего и высшего образования. На основе сделанных обобщений автором определяются организационно-педагогические условия, которые целесообразно трактовать в качестве обеспечивающих императивов эффективного использования функциональности компонентов ИОС современного университета с учётом институциональной трансформации учреждений высшего образования в Республике Беларусь. |
| Description: | The article considers the issues of generalization and systematization of the experience of using the technical, technological and didactic potential of the information and educational environment (hereinafter — IEE) in the organization and implementation of educational activities in the context of digitalization processes in the Republic of Belarus. Within the framework of the research tasks determined by the author, the conceptual and terminological apparatus used is specified, the main directions and forms of effective use of innovative educational resources — components of a specifically organized environment of pedagogical interaction are identified. From the standpoint of modern pedagogical science, problematic aspects of the integration of high-tech teaching aids into a systemically organized educational process are analyzed, taking into account the issues of ensuring the continuity of the levels of general secondary and higher education. Based on the generalizations made, the author determines the organizational and pedagogical conditions, which it is advisable to interpret as providing imperatives for the effective use of the functionality of the components of the IEE of a modern university, taking into account the institutional transformation of higher education institutions in the Republic of Belarus. |
