Аннотация: Modern local anesthetics suppress ion currents in excitable membranes by interacting with channels from the cytoplasmic side of the cell membrane. The mechanism of the effect of local anesthetics on the permeability of the functional membrane for sodium and potassium ions has been investigated. The blocking effect of local anesthetics on the permeability of the membrane for ions is shown. A comparative analysis of the intensity and duration of the action of the anesthetic substances studied on the ion flows of Na+ and K+ was carried out.
