| Abstract: | Вопросы использования различных мер государственной поддержки аграрного сектора не теряют своей актуальности, особенно в аспекте повышения их эффективности. Научная новизна выражается в предложенной автором классификации финансовых инструментов аграрной политики по их влиянию на финансовый потенциал субъектов аграрного сектора. Выделено три категории финансовых инструментов аграрной политики: влияющие на входящие денежные потоки; влияющие на производственно-хозяйственную деятельность; влияющие на выходящие денежные потоки. Выделены последовательные этапы применения финансовых инструментов аграрной политики с учетом их влияния на финансовый потенциал субъектов аграрного сектора. Научно-методическая и практическая значимость состоит в возможности использования данной классификации для измерения дифференцированного влияния финансовых инструментов аграрной политики на финансовый потенциал субъектов аграрного сектора. |
| Description: | The issues of using various measures of State support for the agricultural sector do not lose their relevance, especially in terms of increasing their effectiveness. Scientific novelty is expressed in the classification of financial instruments of agricultural policy proposed by the author according to their impact on the financial potential of subjects of the agricultural sector. Three categories of financial instruments of agricultural policy are distinguished: affecting incoming cash flows; affecting production and economic activity; affecting outgoing cash flows. The successive stages of using financial instruments of agricultural policy are identified, taking into account their impact on the financial potential of subjects of the agricultural sector. Scientific, methodological and practical significance lies in the possibility of using this classification to measure the differentiated impact of financial instruments of agricultural policy on the financial potential of subjects of the agricultural sector. |
